Sometimes I just amazed... kalo liat proporsi tinggi sama berat badan orang (especially tuh sama model2x or artis gitu deh) sering gua liat datanya: tinggi 165cm/berat 45kg ?????????????? apa gak kekurusan tuh? but the strange thing is... kalo diliat di layar kaca or majalah, it seems that they are in a proper shape!

Are you thin, fat or just rite?
How to measure: gua nemu site ini Body Mass Index, caranya gampang banget - tinggal masukin tinggi dan berat badan kamu ke dalam kolom yang ada disitu and press calculate.
If the result is under 20, it means: JUST KEEP EATING...
If the result is between 20 to 24.9, it means: YOU ARE JUST RITE!!!
And if the result is above 24.9, it means: SORRY MAN, PLEASE GET SOME EXCERCISE
So... which one are you?
