Boring

Judul hari ini..... boring a.k.a bosen a.k.a jenuh or pake kerennya aja: bete (ini sebenernya singkatan apa sih?? bad timing?? bad mood?? or what? gw juga gak jelas)
Apa sih yang bikin seseorang sampai mengalami keadaan boring ini?? Gw pikir pasti banyak penyebabnya, bisa rutinitas, kerjaan or masalah yang gak kelar-kelar, suasana or keadaan sekeliling kita yang sama tiap hari sampai ketemu orang yang sama tiap hari (apalagi kalo plus nyebelin) . Kalau keterusan, gw rasa keadaan ini bisa jadi awal permulaan stress kecil-kecilan sampai akhirnya frustrasi berat. Hmm.., ada yang mau nambahin??

Buat gw, yang bikin gw paling boring itu adalah rutinitas! Sesuatu yang harus dilakukan, mesti dilakukan and sometimes bikin gw jadi bener-bener bete.

Cara mengatasi. (udah kayak abis dari dokter aja, pake ada obatnya segala)
Apa ya? Mungkin banyak yang take two or a day off from all that kind of things that makes them **bored** atau get a vacation or melakukan hal yang simple seperti olahraga, nonton, dengerin musik, baca, bengong, belanja, and apalagi ya??
